Blue Shirt

The pre-sales service was excellent, the packaging is very classy without any plastic in sight and the shirt cotton, buttons and stitching all look and feel top quality. Nice little touches of colour in the detailing give this a slightly contemporary look. I have given 4 stars because I find the sleeves slightly tight at the elbows. This may be because I am used to old school shirt cuts. Also I wish it was made in the UK but then it would cost a lot more. Would I pay that? Depends how much more but £60 feels like a great deal for a shirt of this quality.

A very good shirt for work. As good an anything else I have every had.

I know some of the history of Apostle and their pursuit of a high-quality shoe and shirt and they continue to deliver on the original concepts. Those were to make a basic Oxford Shoe and a White Business Shirt to the highest possible standards at a price that was about half of what it would cost through a retailer with a big array of options. But cutting the options to the fundamentals, the shoes and shirts have been outstanding value because so many of the overheads and costs are removed. I've tried the better Tyrwhitt shirts and have many Hawes and Curtis as well. The Apostle is certainly a big step up from those makes IMO and makes my blue shirt (just launched) the best shirt I own. I appreciate the quality and feel of this shirt and the way it's been made so well. Comfortable, smart, and suitable for any high-level business meeting (or a wedding).

Properly good. Don’t usually do reviews, but credit where it’s due. Other shirts are a mixture of mainly Turnbull & Asser + Hiltditch & Key. These Apostle shirts a comfortably equal to H & K. I’m a stickler for detail and these shirts tick the right boxes. Well done
